This project consists in completely revising the technological infrastructure and the available functions of the existing Web site supporting the ACADEMOS program so it can be offered to all Second Cycle (3^rd-, 4^th-, and 5^th-year) High School students within the province of Quebec,  in French or English, while satisfying both the needs of the users and managers.

Since the ACADEMOS team expects a substantial growth in the number of users visiting their Web site, it is important to ensure that the application and the infrastructure are able to absorb this increase in traffic.  The expansion of the program and the traffic increase also mean that the management of the information will have to be decentralized to allow for a "regional" management of activities.

The project includes the use of "Drupal" (www.drupal.org), a world-renowned open source software, to revamp the Academos site.  Axon will manage the aspects of technological design, architecture of the application, and the technical production.

The Corporation Éducentre de Bois-de-Boulogne's Academos Web site offers young Quebecers aged between 14 and 30 a place where they can develop a privileged relationship with workers involved in professional fields, which are of interest to them. This helps them clarify their career choices in light of the in-field experience of the professionals willing to share their passion for their work.
